Age:28~35 Gender : Male

-University: Bachelor degree in Mechanics of Machinery

- Mechanics of Machinery with at least 3 years’experience.

- Experience in Mechanical driver or precision machinery is more prefer.

- Have some project management skill as leader

- Planning and progress control

- Labor (contractors) control

- Cost control

- Leading KAIZEN activity

- Have knowledge for basic production machinery: design of fabrication or new installation…

- Fluent in English

- OA operation (Excel, Word, CAD)

Electrical Engineering Staff

- Project management at individual

- Leading Electrical/ Mechanical design and Kaizen activity

- Direct, control the maintenance of an awareness of local legal recruitment in HR/GA/REC and provide legal advice to management.

- Have a Bachelor  degree in human resource administrator or related fields

Quality Assurance Staff

・Control the quality of production process:

・Monitor the compliance with the QMS requirements at production processes, Support the improvement of production process about the quality field.

・Handle the company internal quality trouble and external customer claim: Prevent from the expansion of internal quality trouble as well as external customer claim, Investigate the root cause, review the countermeasure and monitor the result.

・Establish and maintain the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with the requirement of ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949 standards as well as Bridgestone corporation standards:

・Draft the standard, procedure of QMS, Regularly review the company QMS, propose and implement the necessary improvement.

・Training activity: Implement the training activities to enhance the awareness of quality assurance for all company employees.

Academic Background :University

Bachelor of engineering

Proficient in English.

Over 3 years working-experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to bring assignments to a successful completion

Ability to work a flexible schedule coincidental with manufacturing functions

Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Maintenance Mechanical Staff

- Update and monitoring Maintenance management system

(Safety control, Failure control, PM control, Lubrication control, Accuracy check, Spare part control…)

- Training for the new comer: Safety rule, hot work, J-Loto...

- Support for all Maintenance members about Maintenance Management trouble shooting.

- Improving activities to improve ability of equipment.

- Other task of manager broad

• Gender: Male, age 28~ 35 years old.

• Experience: Mechanics of Machinery with at least 5

years’ experience included 2 years at the same position.

* Skill

Requirement in

- Professional in mechanic drawing (Can be use Auto-cad)

- Knowledge and experience in hydraulic and pneumatic system, industrial pump.

- Good practical experience in maintain and repair mechanic industrial equipment.

- Computer skill and English.

Preferred in

- Knowledge about Safety, 3S, KAIZEN activities

- Knowledge about mechanical engineering or precision machinery.

- Management skill, can work under high pressure.

- High responsibility, quickly reaction in solving problem

 

  WHAT WE CAN OFFER

・Transportation : Company arrange bus from 7 pick up points in Haiphong city (Toa An, Kien An, An Duong, Thuy Nguyen etc.. )

・The Holiday – The holidays shall be as follows

Weekly holidays: Every Sunday and 2 Saturdays (2nd & 4th) in a month.

Weekly holidays of the employees working in shift time is based on BTMV’s calendar.

・Meal   :  Company offer lunch in canteen.

・The Bonus – Bonus appraisal is conducted twice a year;  in July for mid-year and in Jan for year- end bonus.

・Salary Review – All Employees will have periodical salary review as regulated by the Company  on Mar  31 each year.
